Cancellation Policy

Twist and Bounce Hair Supply Braiding/Loc Policy Welcome! We’re glad you’re here • A non-refundable $25 deposit (goes towards your service fee) is required to secure your appointment. The remaining balance of your hair service, along with your deposit, can be paid in Cash, Zelle, or Venmo. Deposit will be refunded if canceled by us and you are unable to reschedule. • The deposit is required within 24 hours of booking the appointment. If no communication withing 24 hours, or deposit, your time slot will no longer be available to you. • If appointments are cancelled the day of or day before, the deposit will not be refunded. If you are a NO SHOW, you will forfeit your deposit. If it is your intent to book another appointment after a late cancellation or no show, there will be an additional booking fee. If a cancellation is necessary, please do so 48hrs in advance. • All first-time bookings require a consultation to assess the integrity of your hair, and stye of choosing, and purchase hair (as needed). Consultation must take place 72 hours prior to appointment date. • Hair is not included. Hair can be purchased at Twist and Bounce with 20% off purchase. • 20% off purchase of hair only applies when hair is being done in shop. In addition, hair will be held at store until appointment. • Supplying your own hair does not discount the braiding service. • Please keep in mind that some styles can take up to 10 hours, in addition, please avoid booking on a day you have any prior obligations. I wouldn’t like to rush my work; your hair is my priority. • Please arrive with your hair freshly washed, free of all products and blow dried. • If you require blow drying service, let us know prior to booking appointment. There will be an extra $35 fee added to your service. This will add time to your appointment. • Make sure you book the right hairstyle before your appointment, because you won’t be able to change it the day of the appointment. • Your hair must be 3” long (including entire perimeter) • Please arrive on time • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled (Respectfully communicate if you’re running late) • I provide a quiet and cozy atmosphere with free Wi-Fi, snacks, and beverages. • For any inquires feel free to DM on Insta @twistbouncehair, • Facebook @twistandbouncehairsupply or email at twistandbouncehairsupply@gmail.com • Limited spacing, no more than one guest and the client.
